A CLEAR START

Terms of service

Practical terms for creating narration and managing a SvaraCraft subscription when offered.

Effective date: 2026-09-17 · SvaraCraft

1. Who we are and what the service provides

SvaraCraft is a service operated by N Chaitanya Kumar as an individual, not a claim of company registration. These terms cover access to svaracraft.com and its hosted narration studio. Read them together with the Privacy policy.

The hosted studio helps you turn scripts into preset-voice narration, organize classroom and procedure projects, direct passages, compare takes and download available outputs. Preset narration runs on our server’s CPU. Capabilities depend on the interface and configuration actually available to you. Voice cloning, music instruments and third-party transcription are not included in Starter.

The service is not a safety-critical system. Generation can be queued, slow, interrupted or unavailable, and a subscription does not promise priority processing or unlimited capacity. Keep your own copies of important source material and downloaded outputs.

2. Accounts and access

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into these terms. If acting for an organization, you need its authority. Provide accurate account information, complete required email verification and protect your account. Do not share access to another person’s workspace or try to obtain administrator privileges.

Google sign-in is optional and currently restricted to approved pilot accounts. Invitations are separate from marketing discount codes. An invitation or successful signup does not promise permanent access, an unlimited allowance or a paid entitlement.

3. Your scripts, recordings and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded content. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, generate, store and deliver your requested work, provide support and maintain recovery copies as described in the Privacy policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your content or train models on it.

You must hold the necessary rights to scripts, music, recordings, voices and personal information you provide. A consent checkbox is your statement of permission; it is not our independent verification of ownership or a legal release from the speaker. Do not upload recordings of a person who has not authorized the intended use.

You may use downloaded outputs only to the extent allowed by your input rights, applicable law and any relevant third-party model or asset license. We do not promise that generated output is unique, copyrightable, free of third-party rights or suitable for every commercial use. Review rights before publication.

4. Acceptable use

We may restrict access necessary to address abuse, security, technical failures or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us.

5. Review before using generated audio

Listen to and check outputs before use. Narration can mispronounce names, numbers and technical terms, omit or repeat words, or deliver unintended emphasis. Classroom and assurance controls help your review; they do not certify factual accuracy, regulatory compliance or safety.

Do not rely on generated narration alone for emergency instructions, diagnosis, legal advice or other consequential decisions. A production manifest or hash records how a file was produced; it does not prove that every spoken word is correct.

6. Starter pricing, allowance and automatic renewal

Paid checkout is available only when offered in your account. Creating an account or accepting these terms does not authorise a charge. A subscription requires your separate authorisation through Razorpay checkout.

Check the ₹299 total and monthly renewal details before authorising checkout. If the amount or terms differ, stop and contact support. Do not pay again while an earlier payment is pending or being investigated. An invitation code is not a discount or a paid entitlement.

Cancelling automatic renewal

Use My account to cancel automatic renewal and check the confirmation. For an active paid cycle with further renewals remaining, normal cancellation is scheduled for the end of that cycle. Where the provider cannot schedule cycle-end cancellation—for example before billing starts, in the final cycle or for an inactive mandate—the mandate may be stopped immediately. Cancelling the mandate does not itself shorten an already-verified paid allowance: it remains available until its existing expiry, subject to refund, payment-dispute, security or legal restrictions.

Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another billing cycle. Do not assume a request succeeded until the account confirms it; contact support if confirmation is missing. Signing out, not using the studio or requesting account closure does not cancel automatic renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Refund requests and incorrect charges

All refund requests are reviewed individually. We do not make a general promise of a refund for an unused plan, unused characters or a partially used billing period. This is not a blanket exclusion of refunds and does not limit any refund, remedy or other right required by applicable law.

We review reported duplicate or incorrect charges and payment or service problems using the available records. To request review, email nalamalan@gmail.com with your account email, provider payment or subscription reference, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send card details, bank credentials or an OTP. See refund support. A request does not by itself confirm a refund; we will communicate the review outcome.

7. Leaving the service and stored work

You can stop using the service, sign out and download available work. Contact us or use My account to request an account-closure review. The present request screen is not automatic erasure; live records, ongoing jobs and backups require separate handling. See retention and deletion for the actual limitations.

8. Our application and third-party components

Access to the hosted service is not a license to copy, sell, rebrand or redistribute its proprietary application code, design or trademarks. Independently licensed libraries, models and assets retain their own licenses; these terms do not override open-source rights or grant rights we do not own.

9. Service limitations and your legal rights

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality or that the service will meet a particular professional requirement. You are responsible for checking content, rights and suitability. These statements do not exclude responsibilities or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No mandatory arbitration, blanket indemnity, liability cap or exclusive court venue is imposed by these terms. Applicable law determines rights and remedies not expressly addressed here.

10. Changes

We may improve or change the service and its limits. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately before they apply, except where urgent action is needed for security or legal reasons. New data uses or changes to paid-plan terms require appropriate notices and any required authorisation; they are not silently added by these terms.

11. Questions or complaints

Contact SvaraCraft support at nalamalan@gmail.com for service, rights or privacy questions. Explain the issue and the account involved without including passwords, private keys, identity numbers or payment authentication codes. See Support for the information that helps us investigate.
